How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want your experience with Justse Pest Control to be fair and honest. If it was not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Justse Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Justse Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.
How to File
Email contact@justse.living. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
