You talk to an independent provider. Not to Justse Pest Control. Each provider is its own business, with its own staff, vehicles and rules. Justse Pest Control makes the introduction and steps back.

Who answers depends on the company. It may be an office contact. It may be the person who does the field work. Either way, you are speaking with the business that would do the job.

What Happens After You Send a Request

The steps are simple.

• You describe the problem and your town.
• The request goes to a provider in our network that serves your area.
• The provider reaches out with questions.
• A visit may be set up to inspect the problem.
• You get a written quote. You decide.

Timing varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but no one can promise a time here. If waiting is hard, request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions get clear answers. Try these:

• What pest do you think this is, and why?
• What does the inspection cover?
• What treatment do you suggest, and what products are used?
• Are they safe for kids and pets?
• How many visits will this take?
• What should I do before and after?
• Is the full price in the written quote?
• What license and insurance do you hold?
• What follow-up happens if the pests return?

A solid provider answers plainly. If answers feel vague, ask again or get another quote.

Where You Can Help, and Where You Should Not

You can clear clutter, seal small gaps, fix leaks and store food in tight containers. You can also take photos of droppings, damage or the pest itself. That helps the provider.

Leave termite treatment, bed bug treatment, rodent poisons and nesting animals to a professional. These jobs need equipment and skill. A wrong move can spread the problem.

You Are in Control

Sending a request does not lock you in. You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. Never feel pushed to sign on the spot. Costs vary by job, so get the price in writing.
